Sidecar:
* 2 oz Cognac
* 1/2 oz Cointreau
* 1 oz Lemon juice
or
* 1 oz Brandy
* 1/2 oz Triple sec
* Juice of 1/4 Lemon
Obviously shaken with ice and then strained into either a cocktail glass or a martini glass.
