In a misguided attempt to relieve some of the back pain I have been suffering from lately I made an appointment with the Health Center this morning. After being seen 20 minutes later than I was supposed to be (fuckers I could have had a better lunch with that time) I saw a nurse. Armed with a rather long list of painkillers I am not allowed to have I hoped for some relief. I got a prescription for Flexeril. One comment. Do not drive while taking this stuff. I waited till classes were done and I took one. It was like BAM instant (or near) instant coma for 2 ½ hours. It helped with the pain for about 2 before it came roaring back with a vengeance.
hoping for something stronger when I return. (just as long as it isn't one of the following)
(1) Vicodin
(2) Codeine
(3) Morphine
(4) Demoral
(5) Percodan
