We officially now have a place to live next year. The lease was signed this afternoon. The kitchen is still in the process of being remodled, but theres no way that it could possibly be worse than the one this year (plus it has a gas stove which is sooo much better to cook on).
the count next year will be:

1 TV
8(?) computers
3 cars
1 motercycle
3 renters
1 PhD student
2 MS students
1 cat
Why does 3 persons have 7 bikes? I don't get it.
